Reservation of the Rotunda lab for events outside teaching

• The laboratory may also be reserved for academic events outside teaching (conferences, workshops, etc.). Owing to its high utilization rate in the course of the term, reservation for such events is possible solely during the holidays, during the term only on weekends, which shall apply just in cases when your booking does not collide with yet another use of the classroom, associated with teaching (written credit and/or exam tests, project meetings,…).
• If you require special software installation it is necessary to make pre-arrangements at least a month in advance and a person has to be appointed on your part, which shall be capable of proving the installation. Licensing coverage is your responsibility.
• Group accounts, such as GUEST, are not permitted in the laboratory and it is inevitable to arrange the user access regime in advance.
• Reservation of the laboratory is to be made at the address servis-l()ms.mff.cuni.cz
  In the booking, please, state the name of the person responsible, proposed schedule and regime, number of required computers or the entire laboratory, software requirements.

Reservations of the laboratory are registered in SIS MFF. Department Secretaries themselves are not allowed to perform reservations in SIS without prior consent of the laboratory management. Such reservation will not be accepted
